Have a Question?

Hypnosis or regression can be scary prospects when you have not experienced them before, so I have put this section together to answer commonly asked questions, and to separate fact from myth.

If you have a question that is not covered here, we can discuss them in the free consultation call.

Hypnosis or trance is an altered state of consciousness, from which the brain activities changes from beta to alpha wave form when measured. In alpha state, we are able to access the subconscious mind and implement changes.

This is a very commonly asked question from those considering hypnotherapy! And I’m pleased to tell you that it’s a complete myth.
The truth is that whilst under hypnosis you never lose control, you will remember the hypnosis itself. However, you will never find yourself accepting suggestions are that are not in alignment with your own personal beliefs or values.
Before hypnosis takes place, we will discuss in detail exactly how you want to change, how you want to be, so that we can implement these changes in ways that suit you.

Whilst in hypnosis you remain in control. So the answer is no, not unless you wish to. I can assure you that you won’t divulge any information or do anything that goes against your own free will.

I have yet to work with someone who cannot be hypnotised. Most people can be hypnotised, and to be sure of this I have received specific training in hypnotic/rapid inductions, to ensure my clients go into trance quickly whilst feeling safe and calm. As a qualified hypnotherapist, for me, this approach is the most efficient use of the time available.

For many people, the feeling of hypnosis is very similar to meditation. Put simply, hypnosis is soothing, calming and relaxing!
Whilst reviewing scenes from the past, people often have an ability to be objective and calm, allowing issues from the past to be healed. People are usually aware of the hypnosis session and come out feeling energised and refreshed, with positive memories of the session.
Whilst hypnotised you can still move. Remember that hypnosis is used to access the subconscious mind, not put you to sleep!

Everyone is unique and so are their experiences, so the number of sessions needed will depend upon what we discover.
There are many conditions that will be addressed in one treatment, but sometimes up to three sessions may be necessary.

Every habit or behaviour we experience is controlled by a habit, thought or belief that has been stored in the subconscious mind. RTT is focused upon regressing clients back to where self-beliefs or perceptions about situations were formed, meaning that as we change the beliefs, we also change the behaviour or the way you feel about yourself.
RTT is wonderful healing modality, and it never fails to impress me with its transformative powers. I have witnessed transformations from many different states and conditions, and I feel confident that I can help you.
Rapid transformational therapy and hypnotherapy can help you with anxiety, stress or depression, stopping smoking, weight control and overcoming phobias. It can help build confidence and self-esteem, remove the fear of public speaking, treat alcohol and substance abuse, gambling, and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), skin conditions, fertility, erectile dysfunction, exam or driving test nerves, sports performance and hypertension. And much more……
